PBA Profile Bending Machine
High-precision profile bending machines designed for large-scale aluminum workshops. The intuitive CNC control system makes you a bending master in just half a day. The PBA-500, 500+, 600+, and 1000 bend aluminum extrusion profiles for doors, windows, and LED lighting. They handle frames, sashes, T-profiles, and glazing beads up to 250 mm. With 1.5 mm wall thickness (T5), their capacity includes optional features like a fourth roll, CNC 3D side roll, and twisting units for 3D and asymmetric bending.
PBA-500+ Profile Bending Machine
Bending Capacity: W 120mm (H: ~60mm) H 180mm (W: ~40mm).
The PBA-500 offers high bending capacity in a compact size. It achieves very small bending radii on the first pass through the rollers. The adjustable center distance of the front axis allows for tight radius bending, minimizing stress on profiles and ensuring optimal bending quality.

- PBA’s wide bending capacity offers flexibility for various aluminum extrusions, from small 6mm x 6mm sections to large profiles up to 300mm(W) x 500mm(H).
- With section roll bending, the mold combination determines the effective radius and a steel section/profile’s standard sizes and yield strength. Depending on your steel section choice, the effective radius (the internal radius after bending) may be smaller for a larger the size gauge, or vice versa. - What is Profile Bending?
Profile bending refers to the process of bending various types of profiles, typically made from materials like aluminum, steel, or titanium alloy, into specific complex shapes, including curves, arcs, and custom geometries. Profile bending is widely used in industries such as construction, furniture, LED lighting, automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing for creating components like structural and decorative products.
- Does the installation of the profile bending machine require a foundation?
There are no special requirements for the installation foundation of the PBA series profile bending machine, and it can work on the flat cement floor of the aluminum bending workshop.
For the relatively heavy profile section bending machine PBC, there are two cases: the three models of PBC-120, 140, 200 have a low body height and can work on the flat cement floor of an ordinary workshop. For PBH-300, 360,450, 500, 550, 600, 700, we recommend using a pit foundation to install the machine. It is worth pointing out that nearly 50% of the factories do not use a pit foundation for the two models of PBH-300 and 360, which is also a feasible solution. - Which Hydraulic Oil Should Be Used?
The PBA 500, PBA 500+, and PBA 600+ models are all driven by servo motors and do not require hydraulic oil.
PBC series, and PBA 600, PBA 1000, and PBA 1000+ models require 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil.
We will provide the specific oil amount in the installation instructions.
