Small machine: MS series Section Benders. PBH series hydraulically Double-Pinch Section Pipe Bending Machine for bending large profiles and PBA series high precision CNC aluminum profile bending machine.
A section bending machine, also known as a profile bending machine or a section roll bending machine, is a specialized equipment used in metalworking to bend various types of profiles, such as beams, channels, angles, and tubes. It is designed to shape and curve metal sections into desired shapes or arcs.
PBH Double-Pinch Section Bending Machine (section benders) is also called profile bending machine, it is a kind of highly effective section bending equipment which specially used in various special sections, such as iron angle (angle bending machine), channel, round & square bar, H& I beam, steel, pipe, square & rectangle tube and so on.
Depending upon your unique project requirements, Profile bending may be performed on a variety of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, and copper.

BIT PBH Profile Bending Machine(Section Bending Machine) in standard configuration is delivered with a package of features that usually are not available in the other machines: 8 sets(up to 9 sets) of oil cylinder drives, Hydraulically controlled 3D guide roller improves profile bending accuracy. Calibrating roll for constant bending during angle iron and tube rolling. Standard combination molds can finish processing many workpieces(Angle, Square tubing/bar, flat bar, Channel, H or I Beams, and Tees). Low energy consumption – energy saving, lower power than other machines on the market with the same bending capacity.
Our R & D department has designed a wide range of tooling and accessories: Bending H&I beams on the hard way bending, “V” shape channel forming and bending for mine application, half pipes forming and rolling, and a great variety of special bending applications in order to increase productivity and quality of the finished for special materials.

Features of PBH Double-Pinch Section Bending Machines
PBH series Double-Pinch 3-roller section bending machines are driven by 3-roller rotation making it possible to make a high-sectional modulus bending process a reality.
The 3-roller drive can minimize material slippage during the bending process, while the bottom two are hydraulically driven and they can move independently of each other, permitting bending symmetrically and asymmetrically.
Therefore, compared with the top-roll driven machine(MS pyramidal section bending machine), the function of our machine enhances the operator’s ability and provides the opportunity to perform the pre-bending process on both edges.

PBH Series CNC/PLC Double-Pinch Section Bending Machines
PBH series standard three-roll profile rolling machine has ten models, and the section modulus ranges from 16CM3-1000CM3. Of course, we can customize machines with special specifications according to customer requirements, and the maximum section modulus can reach 1000CM3.
PBH Series Double-Pinch Section Bending Machines are small in size, compact and reasonable in structure, reliable in performance, convenient in operation and maintenance, and their bending accuracy meets industry standard requirements;
It is a Double-Pinch bending machine, with 8 sets of oil cylinder drives (up to 9 sets) it has the function of pre-bending at the ends of both sides and PLC control.

Driving method
The three working rollers are the main driving rollers, which are realized by hydraulic motors and gears. The position of the top roll is fixed, and the lifting of the two lower rolls is driven by hydraulic transmission. 3D guide rollers, so as to ensure the rolling accuracy of profiles with asymmetrical sections;

The 3D guide roller can realize three movements through PCL control:
- Up and down movement.
- It can cooperate with the lower roller to make arc rising and falling movements at the same time;
- It can perform rotating motion at the same time, and the digital display of the motion state is eye-catching and intuitive, and the forming quality of the profile during the rolling process can be observed at any time;
- By adjusting two more powerful horizontal hydraulic 3D guide rollers, they can be adjusted in the six directions of up and down, left and right movement, and push/pull, respectively, and can support and accompany curved profiles to ensure optimal control of the rolling level Straightness, and correct the deformation of the profile rolling process.
The independent mobile operation table ensures the safety of the operator and is easy to operate and use. Fuselage frame: Fuselage frame: The BIT series profile bending machine has the strongest frame that can be found on the market. The unique full-frame design can withstand all bending forces and guarantees the rigidity and performance of the machine during decades of use by BIT customers; it adopts an extended design In order to increase rigidity and strength, it is manufactured by welding, and after welding by high-quality heavy steel plate, stress is eliminated.
Combination mold
- It can bend angle iron, flat bar, channel, H-beam, I-beam, Tee steel, steel pipe/tubing, and other profiles; (the standard configuration is a combination mold, or it can be replaced with a set of pipe bending molds).
- The mold is made of 42CrMo forging, quenched and tempered HB235~270, and overall quenched. It has good comprehensive mechanical properties, high strength, and strong wear resistance. It is suitable for high-load work and has a long service life.
Spindle bearings: The three work roll spindles all adopt self-aligning roller bearings.
The rotation of the three roller shafts is rolling friction, and the bearings on the shaft diameter of the work rolls are all rolling bearings suitable for low speed, heavy load, and high torque, which have low reactive power loss and high working efficiency and are energy-saving products. The pivoting arm adopts trackless movement, which overcomes the disadvantages of difficult manufacturing, easy wear, and a large friction coefficient caused by the track of the slideway. The wearing parts are reduced and the service life of the machine is extended. The rotating arm and oil cylinder are used to push the rollers on both sides, and the energy-saving and labor-saving lever principle is applied to reduce reactive power loss.

4-roll section bending machine range offers a wider distance between the side rolls allowing wider bending radiuses. At the same time offers the possibility for pre-bending with extremely short remaining straight ends.
About MS series Angle Roller
MS 50 series Section Benders (profile bending machine, Angle Iron Roller)is a small manual hydraulic section bending machine.
Its volume and weight are very small, and of course, its bending ability is also very small. Can not be allowed to bend channel and H&I beam profiles.
