1/4″ 3-Roll Plate Bending Machine

The PRS or PRA-620 3-roll Sheet Metal Rolling Machine is made for bending and rolling 1/4″ metal sheets or plates into cones and other cylindrical shapes. They have a maximum 4′ forming width, which can roll up to 3 gauge (1/4” mild sheet steel). This plate roll machine is completely hydraulically driven for increased durability and reliability. The PRS-620 or PRA-620 plate bending machine uses a 3 hp motor that runs on 220 volts of 3 phase powers the industrial grade hydraulic system. The PRS-6200 or PRA-620 has all 3 rolls driven by hydraulic(a quiet hydraulic system), hardened, and made of high-grade alloy steel, to help handle the capacity and finish the job faster.
The PRA-600 also has an optional coning attachment for creating conical bends.

For safety, the PRS-620 or PRA-620 Sheet Metal Rolling Machine includes dual emergency stop cables that are located on both the front and back of the machine.

PRA-620 plate roller has a digital readout. This readout tracks the position of the back roll for increased accuracy and less waste. The top roll has a very simple release mechanism to release the finished work that has been wrapped around the top roll.

1/4″ 4-Roll Plate Bending Machine

PR4 4 Roll Sheet Metal Rolling Machine offers many advantages. PR4 is the easiest CNC hydraulic plate bending machine to use, thanks to the ability to pinch the plate between the two motorized central rolls, to make the pre-bending at the end, and the bending thru the whole body in a single direction and in one pass process. The plate is kept squared without slipping during the pre-bending and bending cycle, thanks to the constant pinching of the central rolls. This makes the PR4 4 Roll Plate Bender perfectly suited to be controlled by NC or CNC numerical control.
