Debugging of fine blanking and plate leveling machines
Make sure the rotating portion of the material rack is not blocked by obstructions.
Switch the “Auto-Off-Manual” switch to the “Manual” position. At this time, the roller leveler is in the on-point state.
Press the “Forward” or “Reverse” button, and the roller leveler should be in the forward or reverse state accordingly. If it is found that the forward and reverse states are opposite, just adjust any two phases of the input power supply.
Debugging of the correction effect of fine blanking and roller levelers
When adjusting the leveling effect, you can take a piece of material to be straightened about 1.5 meters long for debugging.
In order to achieve the best effect of the plate leveling machine, the leveling roller must be tilted upward from the feeding to the discharging process, as shown in the picture on the right.
When adjusting the leveling roller, you should pay attention to that the left and right adjustment handwheels should be adjusted synchronously. You can refer to the ruler for adjustment. If you are adjusting the leveling roller electrically, you should pay attention to pressing more on the front end and the rear end. The adjustment standard is to press the upper and lower rollers against the material. The leveled material must achieve the predetermined effect. If the pressing amount is too large, the load on the leveler motor will be increased. On the contrary, if the pressing amount is too small, the leveling effect will be unsatisfactory.
After the material to be added is corrected to the requirements, it can be fed into the coil for automated production.
Fine blanking and plate leveling machine automatic feeding
The fine blanking and plate leveling machine is set at the factory: when the metal material contacts the induction, the fine blanking and roller leveler immediately stops rotating. When the material leaves the induction for some time (i.e., the induction time), the fine blanking and roller leveler starts to rotate and feed ( The entire sensing process can be reversed as needed).
The length of time directly affects the operation and service life of the material roller leveler. The length of the induction time is adjusted by the time-breaker device located in the electrical box (as shown in the picture on the right). The required time interval can be adjusted with three selector switches. The fine blanking and roller leveler is set to 3 seconds at the factory. The length of the induction time is based on the principle that the average speed of the fine blanking and leveling machine can keep up with the requirements of the fine blanking machine and the motor is not started too frequently.
If the speed of the fine blanking and plate leveling machine does not match the speed of the fine blanking machine, you should first check whether the speed of the roller leveler you ordered meets the speed required by the fine blanking and plate leveling machine. If the roller leveling machine speed meets the speed required by the fine blanking machine, you should check the induction time. Check whether the setting is too long, otherwise please get in touch with the fine blanking and plate leveling machine manufacturer.
At this point, as long as the “correcting machine” switch is set to “automatic”, the roller leveler will automatically feed materials according to the above settings.
- When installing the relevant equipment, refer to the schematic diagram attached to the instruction manual to find out the relative position of the fine blanking roller leveling machine for installation, that is, find the centerline of the fine blanking roller leveling machine’s mold feed, so that it is consistent with the centerline of the machine.
- Do not overload the operation. Operators at the production site must operate in accordance with the provisions of this instruction manual. Especially when loading and leveling, they must master the essentials and pay attention to safety, and a responsible person must be present to supervise. If there is an abnormality, the fine blanking machine must be stopped immediately, and then the leveling and feeding devices must be stopped.
- In the automatic operation state, the belting and leveling devices are controlled by induction devices. In the manual state, the two operations of “forward rotation” and “reverse rotation” can control the advancement and retreat of the material.
- Observe the rules for safe use of electricity, pay attention to grounding, and avoid leakage of electricity.
