PBC 200 Section Bending Machine

PBC-200 section bending machine is an arc-down-adjustable profile bending machine. The two side rollers of the machine are the main driving rollers, or three or four work rollers are the main driving rollers. The upper rollers are in a fixed position , and the two side rollers arc around the center of rotation. The linear lifting motion, hydraulic control, and displacement liquid crystal display are conducive to controlling the profile bending process. There are roller devices on both sides to ensure the rolling quality of asymmetric cross -section profiles.

BIT starts with the PBC-200 profile bending machine (angle iron roller) and can be equipped with a ninth group of hydraulic drive components for the most difficult to bend H-beam (Here you can also call it beam bending machine); It has two models to choose from, four-roller and three-roller. It can complete the pre-bending, bending circle, and correcting arc processes of the profile at one time; the structure is advanced, the function is complete, and it can be placed vertically or horizontally according to the user’s use.
