Pre-bending and bending process

Step 1: As shown in Figure 3-6, the right roller is in the lower limit position. The left roller is lifted and the main roller will be clamped to each other.

Step 2: As shown in Fig. 3-7, the right roller slowly rises, starts rolling, and performs pre-bending between the main roller and the left roller.

Step 3: As shown in Figure 3-8, the left roller is down and the right roller is raised. The material is sent to the left and the three rolls begin rolling, pre-bending between the main roll and the right roll.

Step 4: As shown in Figure 3-9, pre-bending and rolling ends.

Flat steel angle bending

Flat steel is a symmetrical profile and is easy to bend.

The pre-bending adopts asymmetric bending, and there must be a certain gap between the mold and the profile when bending, and the friction clutch should be adjusted to be loose.

Angle Steel Outer Bending

Angle steel is an asymmetrical profile. When bending, the distortion often occurs. Therefore, when bending, the position of the roller needs to be adjusted to correct it and reduce deformation.

The rollers must be adjusted slowly to prevent the angles from twisting outward.

The pre-bending uses an asymmetric rolling method.

The bending uses a symmetrical bending method.

Friction clutch should be loosened

Angle steel inner bend

Angle steel is an asymmetrical profile, and it is often twisted when bending. Therefore, when bending, it is necessary to adjust the position of the roller and the guide roller mounted on the roller to correct the deformation.

The adjustment amount of the guide roller should be appropriate to avoid causing the angle steel to deform inward.

The side roller that is close to the main roller should not be too stressed, as this may cause the inner side to twist when bending.

Friction clutch adjustment:

After opening the cover, adjust the friction clutch.

The power transmission is adjusted by tightening and loosening the adjusting screw.

The friction clutch is set to a low power transmission state at the factory.

Note: The friction clutch cannot be tightened more than necessary.
