Maintenance According to the length of use time, the maintenance rules for different periods of time are also different. The maintenance of the profile bending machine is divided into an average of 600 hours and 5000 hours of operation.

When the machine runs for more than a few thousand hours, secondary maintenance is required. The details of each part of the maintenance are different. It can be seen that in order to reduce the fatigue of the machine and increase the life, good maintenance is essential .

Primary maintenance

The machine tool runs for 600 hours for first-level maintenance, which is mainly carried out by operators and maintenance workers. First cut off the power, and then perform maintenance work.

One appearance maintenance

a. Clean the outer surface of the machine tool to keep the inside and outside clean and free of rust.
b. Complete the missing screws, nuts, buttons, labels, etc.

Two hydraulic and lubrication

a. Wipe and inspect the surface of the oil pump, valve, oil tank, and pipeline. They must be clean, rust-free, oil-free, and leak-free.
b. Clean the oil cup and filter screen, clear the oil passage, and the oil mark is bright.
c. Check the pressure gauge.

Three electrical appliances

a. Wipe the electrical box without dust and grease.
b. Check that the wiring is complete, the hose protection connection is reliable, and the performance is good.
c. Check the safety shield and tighten the zero connection device.

Secondary maintenance

The machine tool runs for 5000 hours for secondary maintenance, mainly maintenance workers, and operators participate. In addition to the implementation of the primary maintenance content and requirements, the following tasks should be done, and

Surveying and mapping vulnerable parts, and propose spare parts.
Like first-level maintenance, first cut off the power, and then perform maintenance work

One, three rolls

a. Check and adjust the accuracy of the three rollers to make them move smoothly and meet the technological requirements.
b. Repair or replace missing parts.

Two, hydraulic lubrication

a. Disassemble, wash, repair solenoid valves, grind valves and spools.
b. Clean and check the oil pump, cylinder and plunger, trim the burrs, and replace the oil seal.
c. Check the pressure gauge.
d. Repair or replace severely worn parts.
e. Drive to check that the cylinders and plungers are running smoothly and there is no creeping. Adjust the brake to meet the requirements of use.

Three, electrical appliances

a. Clean the motor, check the bearings, and replace the grease.
b. Repair or replace carbon brushes and other components.
c. The electrical appliances meet the requirements of equipment integrity standards.

Four, accuracy

a. Correct the machine level, check, adjust, and repair accuracy.
b. Accuracy meets the requirements of equipment integrity standards.
