PLB Six High Plate Leveling Machine
Precision leveling is a process in which a metal plate/sheet is repeatedly bent multiple times through a large number of staggered leveling rollers. The amount of bending can be adjusted to achieve the required bending scheme for leveling without damaging the appearance of the metal plate/sheet.
After the metal plate is bent repeatedly, the lengths of the metal fibers gradually become consistent, the internal stress of the material is eliminated at the same time, and the metal plate is naturally leveled.
Many companies use cutting methods to achieve flatness, and precision roller leveling saves material.

How to choose?
Three elements
- Roller diameter – select the appropriate roll diameter based on the thickness of the workpiece material
- Width – Selects the maximum machining width based on workpiece size
- Number of Rollers – Select the number of rollers based on the required precision in leveling the workpiece
Example: In the leveling application of chassis and cabinet production, the thickness of the plate to be leveled is relatively thin, between 1-3mm, and the width is within 1250mm. The material is Q235 and stainless steel; the recommended machine model: roller diameter – 50mm; maximum leveling width – 1300mm; roller number – 23.
