PEMJ-G Plate Edge Milling Machine

The high-torque milling head can meet not only high-precision drilling and milling requirements but also high-power and heavy-duty cutting requirements.

Main Unit

The gantry frame moves forward and backward (X-direction) on the slide, the slide moves left and right (Y-axis) along the beam, and the head ram moves up and down along the slide. Main Drive

The main drive of the PEMJ-G Plate Edge Milling Machine is a spindle motor mounted on the ram, which is transmitted to the milling head spindle through a GTP reduction gearbox. It has low speed, high torque, and a wide constant power range.

Feed Drive

The gantry frame of the PEMJ-G Plate Edge Milling Machine is located on the left and right sliding tables, and the sliding tables perform X-direction feed motion on the left and right lathes. The X-axis of the PEMJ-G Plate Edge Milling Machine adopts dual-drive synchronization and anti-backlash technology. Transmission accuracy is effectively guaranteed

Due to the gantry milling concept and the magnetic clamping units, the highest flexibility is given and even complex plate shapes such as trapezoidal and curved plates (e.g. for the vessel and wind tower industry) can be processed. For non-magnetic and complex materials such as Stainless Steel, High alloyed steels, Duplex and Super-Duplex grades, special clamping tables are available.
