PEMJ-D CNC Plate Edge Milling Machine is a piece of equipment specially produced for the needs of single-sided and double-sided beveling.

Bilateral milling mechanism
The bilateral milling mechanism includes a mobile milling unit, bed and base, steel plate alignment and clamping feeding mechanism, mobile suction cup, logistics roller table, and automatic loading and unloading mechanism. The bilateral milling mechanism is used to process the grooves and end faces required for welding by continuous milling on both sides of the length direction of the outrigger plate of the truck-mounted crane, and the processing is completed in one go.
Form Milling
Form milling of plate edge milling machines includes a mobile milling unit, bed and base, steel plate alignment mechanism, and mobile suction cup.
Form milling is to use continuous sharpening on both sides of the steel plate in the length direction to process the grooves required for welding on the steel plate according to the manufacturing requirements.

For non-magnetic and complex materials such as Stainless Steel, High alloyed steels, Duplex and Super-Duplex grades, special clamping tables are available.
