The PEMJ-B series CNC Plate Edge Milling Machine tools are developed by our company’s CNC Machine Tool Automation Engineering Research Institute on the basis of the CNC PEMJ planing and milling machine tools. They have a number of independent intellectual property rights and have dual functions of planning and milling.
The double milling head is installed on the machine base and is installed on the same workbench together with the planing head. It can perform both planing and milling processing and can complete the processing of “X”-shaped grooves in one clamping. , there is no need to recalibrate, clamp, and tool the sheet, thus greatly improving work efficiency.
The machine tool adopts the mechatronics design concept and is equipped with automatic, manual horizontal and vertical feed, alarm, and other functions, achieving human-machine integration, convenient operation, and reducing the requirements for the operator.
