Description

The Hi-Pro EX 60 Channel Letter Bending Machine is a specialized tool used in the signage industry for efficient channel letter bending. The machine is designed to bend a range of materials with varying heights, from 10mm to 160mm, and to a thickness of ≤1.2mm. The materials that can be bent include stainless steel, galvanized sheet, iron, aluminum, copper, and other flat plates, edge folded aluminum, aluminum profiles, sponge strip aluminum, etc.

• The bending system utilizes a combination of a Japan Fuji servo and a Japan Xinbao high-precision planetary reducer to form a high-speed and high-precision bending mechanism. It features an integrated and durable casting structure for stable and reliable bending, and a double-knife alternating bending system that achieves the best forming performance of extreme arcs and small arcs.
• The feeding system includes an integrated casting feeding structure with a manipulator body that is strong and durable. It uses a Japanese Fuji servo motor, grinding ball screw, and linear guide rail to ensure smooth and fast feeding, and to ensure accurate and precise feeding during the processing of wide and thick materials.
• The grooving system includes an integrated casting slotting structure and a Japanese Fuji servo drive, with a high-strength slotting system that is more stable and capable of processing wide and thick materials. The cutter and milling cutter configuration can meet the processing needs of flat aluminum profiles and crimped aluminum coils.
