Cylinder wrong side problem

During the rolling process, there are different degrees of radial and axial misalignment at the joint of the cylinder. The traditional solution is to use auxiliary tools or welding process blocks to force the two-way joint to be manually operated. For steel plates with a thickness of more than 100mm, the process is quite difficult and labor-intensive.

Improvement measures: set deviation correction device. The deviation correction device is installed on the side support, which can clamp the workpiece, and under the cooperation of the upper support and the side support, align the interfaces at both ends of the workpiece to achieve deviation correction.

The barrel needs to be welded

After rolling and forming, it needs to be welded at the seam. Ordinary steel plate rolling machines generally move the workpiece out or manually enter the cylinder for spot welding, resulting in increased auxiliary time, increased labor intensity of the operator, increased safety hazards, and unstable welding quality.
Improvement measures: set welding manipulator. The welding manipulator is installed on one side of the frame, and is driven by a servo motor to move forward, backward or swing, and weld the seam after the rolling is completed.

The length of the plate is large, and it is difficult to roll and load the material

The length of the board is 20000mm~30000mm, the hoisting and transportation of the board is inconvenient, the auxiliary material alignment takes a long time, and the safety is poor.
Improvement measures: feeding roller table and centering device. The feeding roller table has multiple butt joint lengths up to 30m, and the centering devices are arranged on both sides of the feeding roller table. It can realize motorized feeding and centering, which ensures safe and reliable work and reduces auxiliary time.
