The features of the rolling plate process
The position of the top roll is fixed when rolling the plate, the lower roll moves upward in a straight line to clamp the steel plate, and the two side rolls move upward by the linear guide to adjust the radius of curvature of the reel, and the metal plate can be loaded at one time without turning around. Complete the pre-bending and roll forming of the end of the sheet. The automatic mode is used in batch rolling, and the consistency of the same batch of workpieces is good. It is ideal for rolling cylindrical, arc, conical, rectangular, and other special-shaped workpieces.
Main structure and function of PR4 steel plate rolling machine
PR4 is a 4-roll steel plate rolling machine guided by linear slide rails. It is mainly composed of a frame part, top roll, lower roll, side rolls, turning bearing body part, main transmission part, hydraulic part, electrical part, lubrication part, foundation parts, etc.
The top and lower rolls are driving rolls, the side rolls are driven rolls, the position of the top roll is fixed, and the lower roll and side rolls can move up and down. The top and lower rolls are driven by hydraulic pressure. The rotation of the lower and side rolls is caused by the friction between the steel plate and each roll. The overturning and reset of the bracket are operated by the oil cylinder. Each rolls bearing body and oil cylinder are installed in the frame at the left and right ends.
The top and lower rolls are the main driving rolls [single roll/double roll. ]The hydraulic motor is equipped with a timely brake so that the machine can stop in time and reach the smaller straight edge of the plate. The position of the top roll is fixed, and it only performs the rotational movement and provides torque for the sheet rolling through its rotation; the other working rolls perform both rotational movement and lifting movement.
PR4 lower roll and side rolls are guided by high-quality linear slide rails. The lower roll oil cylinder and the side roll oil cylinder are respectively installed in the guide grooves of the left and right racks. The reciprocating movement of the oil cylinders can make the lower roll and side rolls move up and down along the guide grooves.
The lower roll and the rolls on both sides can also tilt and move, which is convenient for rolling tapered workpieces and correcting and rounding the workpieces.

There is an overturning bearing body on the left frame, which is driven by the overturning oil cylinder to open and close with the head of the upper roll; there is a balance device at the tail of the upper roll to maintain the balance of the upper roll when the upper roll and the tilting frame are opened.

The overall welding structure of the Q235 steel plate is adopted, the weld seam has passed strict inspection, and the post-weld annealing treatment is used to eliminate internal stress. The frame and the base are the main stress-bearing components of the machine. While the design has sufficient strength and rigidity, it is further strengthened according to the characteristics of the process to ensure the needs of the coil. The frame of the welded structure is machined by CNC machine tools to ensure its precision.
Frame processing process: CNC cutting and blanking → groove processing of each plate-shaped part → welding → overall annealing → surface sandblasting → CNC boring processing. All records of the manufacturing process are included in the quality tracking system.
