High Level of Automation and Programmability

The machine employs a closed-loop CNC AC servo control system for the displacement of the rollers, feed amount of the intermediate pressure roller, and height variation of the support roller. This setup meets the stringent requirements of high precision (≤0.01mm) for both forward and backward movement of the intermediate pressure roller, suitable for intricate variable curvature bending processes.

Users can effortlessly adjust the working parameters of the rollers based on specific workpiece requirements. Moreover, the machine’s capability to calculate profile rebound ensures accuracy in subsequent bends, even if the first bend’s radius wasn’t precisely accurate. Through the rollers matching the section of the profile, using the principle of the three-point circle, the displacement of the middle roller is automatically adjusted, so that the profile is fed once or multiple times between the rollers, and the profile is formed to the required radius one by one.
The length of the feed is collected by an encoder, and the rotation and feed of the rollers are controlled by a program controller. At the same time, the displacement of the rollers and the feed of the intermediate rollers are controlled by a fully closed-loop digitally controlled AC servo control system to achieve the curved arc height.
